As many of you know, paper collage work is my first love as an artisan. Eventually I hope to be able to spend
6 months every year - when the cracker biz isn't in 'high season' - making larger, wall-sized collages for framing.
Meanwhile, I continue to make the small selection below of the most favourite and special card designs available to my customers.
If you can't bear to give them away (as many customers tell me!), then try framing them.

Yes, all these little flowers and leaves ARE individually hand-cut! One customer asked me once if the flower stems are a 'French Curl'. Mmmm not sure about that! Another customer asked me once to add a second ladybug for her baby announcement cards. She had twins!

We had hollyhocks in our garden when I was a child. I've always been partial to their old-fashioned grace. It was the chubby seed pockets after the flowers were done though that I especially enjoyed!

Made with hand-cut Japanese Chiyogami paper tulips, this

This one never ceases to put a smile on my face. What
more can I say about it? It's a hand cut paper collage. Although a simple
design, for some reason getting the bunnies positioned just right seems
to require more magic than skill!

This Spring / Easter card is absolutely my favourite this time of year. I have been refining it for years until it seemed just right. The rabbit is darned friendly and comical. It is a very fussy and fiddly card to make with many tiny pieces to cut out and glue, so unfortunately with all that work comes a little higher price tag. But... it's a cute card to frame, don't you think? Nice in a kitchen or hallway. Available until March 15th only.

Cheerful and sweet - nice for nieces and nephews and grandchildren... and grandparents! The Easter Bunny is getting a little hard for me to fold these days with the arthritis creeping into my fingers but I will make it for as long as I can. Just love the little cotton tail!

I LOVE this card. For some reason it reminds me of my great aunts Irma and Arla. They both loved cards and would always send very special ones at Easter with cute little chick and rabbits when I was a child and well beyond into adult hood. I think it was great aunt Arla in particular who inspired my card career. Available until March 15th only.
