Here are some things to know about placing your order:
1) But I don't
want THREE, Gillian, I want FOUR!
If you want to increase or decrease the number of items
you wish to purchase, highlight the number in the 'quantity' box, delete
it and replace it with the number you want, for instance, changing your
order from 2 boxes to 3 boxes. Then, look down towards the bottom of the
shopping cart page and find 'Recalculate'. Click on that and you will
see the adjusted price for your new quantity of items.
You can then return to shopping or proceed to the checkout payment pages.

2) I
can't get the cart to move to the Payment Page! What's UP?
Check to make sure that you have filled in ALL of the boxes
with this symbol beside them *
You must also check off the "TERMS" box
after you have filled in all of your address information. The cart will
not proceed until you agree to the terms of sale. |
3) But
I don't have a Paypal Account! Help!
It's OK! You don't need a Paypal account to pay
for your order. If you do have one and wish to proceed to
your account, then, in the box usually located at the right hand side
of the page, enter your Paypal username and password. If you don't
have a Paypal account, then use the option at the left hand of the
payment page where you see the accepted credit cards logo. You can make
a direct payment with your credit card by clicking on that link. NOTE:
I have been using Paypal for about 8 years. I can attest to their integrity
of service, privacy and safety. Using Paypal gives both the buyer and
the seller additional protection. If you don't have an account, consider
getting one soon! |
5) I can't get the cart
to accept my credit card info!
This happens occasionally. Unfortunately
- the credit card processor can be very particular about the information
you input.
For instance, they SAY to enter your name just as it appears on your
credit card, however SOMETIMES if that doesn't work, try entering your
whole first name - often the does the trick. The same applies for your
address: Your credit card company may mail your statement to Yonge Street
E. but when you enter the info in the shopping cart, it sometimes only
accepts East instead of the abbreviation E.
Still having
trouble? Then either fax ALL of your credit card and order informrtion
OR click on the appropriate
link below to leave your credit card details. This is a SECURE message
board location. You could also just email us your information, however,
we don't recommend it as emails are not as secure.

You will need

Once
you have sent us your credit card information, please email us with
your order, including quantity, type of cracker and your SHIPPING address
if it is different from your billing address. You do not have to send
us your other address or phone details again as we can pick that up
from your credit card details.

4)
How do I order my candy or activity choices?
A few cracker varieties have additional OPTIONS.
For instance, with the Easter cracker, you can choose from 4 different
candy options, for the Kids' Birthday cracker, you can choose from a
variety of activities. The special Mother's Day Cracker comes with the
option of one of four handmade Mother's Day cards.
So... If your cracker comes with OPTIONS, Here's what to do:
FIRST:
Order your crackers so that they are listed in the shopping cart.
SECOND: Click on 'continue shopping' and once you are returned
to your page, click on your chosen OPTION.
THIRD: Sometimes you can mix your options (for instance the candy
for the Easter cracker) so again, click on 'continue shopping' and choose
any remaining options you wish to have included with your cracker.

To ensure freshnesss, the filling of
all
Christmas, Hanukkah, and Dog and Cat Holiday GillianCrackers™
begins mid-November.
We then commence our Shipping Schedule:
Beginning November
30th through to December 10th for USA Orders.
Beginning
December 3rd through to December 21st for Canadian Orders
- depending on location.
Our target is to have every parcel in our customers' homes
by December 24th.
You may receive your package well before that date,
however, we do not promise to reach you any earlier than Christmas
Eve day
(Dec. 17th for Solstice Crackers)
If you are travelling, consider giving us your destination
as your shipping address
or let us know when you expect to leave home for the holidays.
Again, with late orders placed in November and December,
we can only promise to have your crackers to you by December
24th.
Last
Shipping Dates:

Canada: December 21st
Please
remember - smaller, out of-the-way communities, may take longer
for delivery!
If we don't think we can get your box there on time, we promise
to be honest and say so!
We use the official postal guidelines to determine shipping
times.

in North America!
We do NOT outsource any of our work
